5 Courses – 5 Whiskies! Chelsea Farms Oyster Bar welcomed guests to join Seattle’s Protector of the Peat Kassi Rodgers, of Beam Suntory. Chelsea Farms Executive Chef Henri Ñol designed a tasting menu to perfectly pair with limited edition Scotch and Japanese malt whisky from House Suntory, Bowmore, and Laphroaig. This 5 course meal also included cocktails by beverage director and general manager, Cody Goodwin. Whiskies featured included Bowmore Single Malt Scotch Whisky, Hakushu Single Malt Japanese Whisky, Laphroag Lore Single Malt Scotch Whisky, and Suntory Toki Japanese Whisky.
